created by the vocalist or instrumentalist, then opinions all
around, with final say by the song's composer.

Just For Now was a women's band in the 1980's playing in
Yellow Springs, Ohio. We never toured, nor were we known
outside of the southwest Ohio region. Our music provided local
enjoyment and inspiration and was...well... just for then.

Communities everywhere have their own unique local talent;
people who are a vital part of the fabric of a community,
reflecting the spirit of that community's  character, its unique
gifts and current needs. The tremendous amount of time, energy
and focus needed to create artistic works is seldom rewarded with
the same monetary compensation that other endeavors may enjoy.

Local artists need our support. They are crucial to a thriving
community. Support your local artists, musicians, writers and
craftspeople. They are in many ways the voice of who you are
as a community. Give back to them. They give so much to us.

The remaining songs were recorded for release of a second album which did not materialize - but we made some good music and had lots of fun; in the studio, in rehearsals, and while sharing these songs in performance.
